3 IS members killed by IED blast east of Salahuddin
Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) A local source in the Province declared that three members of the Islamic State group were killed in an improvised explosive device blast, east of Salahuddin.
The source told Alsumaria News on Saturday that three members of the Islamic State group were killed by an improvised explosive device blast, which targeted a passing patrol, in al-Mutaibija area, east of Salahuddin.
The Islamic State group planted dozens of IEDs in Mutaibija to target security forces and al-Hashd al-Shaabi units, but lately these IEDs started to kill its members who didn’t know where these explosives were placed, the source added on condition of anonymity.
