3 wanted men arrested in eastern Falluja

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested on Wednesday afternoon three people involved in detonating a number of car bombs in Falluja, Falluja police chief said. “Policemen launched a security raid in al-Raaood region in al-Karma district, eastern Falluja, where they arrested three wanted men,” Colonel Mahmoud al-Eissawi told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The operation was launched in light of intelligence information,” he added. “The detainees are suspected of being involved in detonating a number of car bombs a few days ago in several regions in Falluja,” he noted. Falluja, the largest city in the predominantly Sunni province of al-Anbar, lies 45 km west of the Iraqi capital Baghdad. SH (P) 1
