36 wanted persons, suspects arrested in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Thirty-six wanted persons and suspects on Tuesday were captured in different parts of Basra province, according to a media source from the local police. “On Tuesday, forces from Basra police carried out search raids in different parts of the province and arrested 10 wanted men, including two on terror-related charges, and 26 suspects,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Twenty-six unlicensed vehicles and five motorbikes were confiscated during the raids,” the source added.
