4 wanted men, ammo found in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Wednesday arrested four wanted persons and seized an amount of weapons and ammunition during a security operation in Basra province, according to a local source. “Police forces conducted a raid-and-search operation that covered many areas, including al-Khinzirat, and arrested four wanted men,” the relations and media office in Basra police told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A number of Kalashnikov rifles, an amount of ammunition, 17 unlicensed vehicles and seven motorbikes were confiscated during the operation,” the office added.
