7 ISIS members killed during cleansing operations in northern Anbar

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A source in Anbar Operations Command stated on Tuesday, that seven ISIS members were killed during security operations in the northern axis of Anbar.

The source stated in a statement received by IraqiNews.com: “A force from Anbar Operations carried out a security operation targeting ISIS members who tried to sneak into sites belonging to the security forces near Palestine Bridge north of al-Anbar, resulting in the death of seven ISIS members,” adding also that, “The security operation destructed an excavator and an armored vehicle for the organization.”
