Anbar Council announces liberating al-Sajariyah area east of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – Member of Anbar Provincial Council Azal al-Fahdawi announced on Thursday, that the Iraqi joint security forces had managed to liberate the area of al-Sajariyah east of Ramadi.
Fahdawi said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “A force from the Anti-Terrorism Directorate as well as the army and police brigades had managed to fully liberate the area of al-Sajariyah east of Ramadi from ISIS control,” adding that, “The security forces raised the Iraqi flag over a building in the region.”
