(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Thursday the deputy president of the security committee in Baghdad Provincial Council, Mohammed al-Rubaie, has considered the security situation in the capital as “distributing” with the continuation of the organized crimes.

Rubaie said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The security situation in the capital is disturbing and the number of organized crimes are growing,” pointing out that, “70 networks are carrying out kidnapping operations in Baghdad, Basra, Arbil and a number of provinces had been arrested.”

He added, “The performance of the security authorities is weak, in addition to the claims of some people of being members of al-Hashd to carry out robberies, murders and other crimes,” noting that, “The solution is to unify the security information in Baghdad and help the intelligence service.”
