Urgent – Double bombing reverberates southern Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Double explosion reverberated a public market in central Bani-Saad district of southern Diyala province on Monday morning.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “A car bomb exploded in the market followed by a suicide bombing in the same market,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing and injuring dozens of citizens.”

“The security forces blocked the roads leading to the explosion vicinity while the casualties are still unidentified,” the source concluded.
