Bullet-riddled cop’s corpse found in Kut

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: A bullet-riddled corpse of an Iraqi policeman has been found by police forces in southern Iraq’s Kut city on Wednesday morning, a Wassit police source said. “Police forces have found a bullet-riddled corpse of a Wassit policeman on the banks of the Tigris River this morning (Wednesday),” the police source said. “The medical report from the corpse indicates that the killing took place about 24 hours ago,” he noted, giving no further details.
