Car bomb kills 5 people, wounds 10 in east of Baqubah

(IraqiNews.com) Diyali – On Saturday, a security source in Diyali province revealed, that five people have been killed and 10 others were injured in a car bomb explosion east of Baqubah.
The source told IraqiNews.com, “This evening, a booby-trapped vehicle parked near a security post has exploded in Boldozar area (30 km east of Baqubah) in al-Azeem District,” noting that, “The explosion resulted in killing 5 people, including two cops, and wounding 10 others.”
The source, who asked to remain anonymous, added, “The security forces have imposed strict security procedures in the area of the incident, while ambulances ran into the area to transfer the injured to a near hospital and the dead to the Forensic Medicine Authority.”
