2 Civilians injured in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A Man and a woman were injured when an Improvised Explosive Device IED exploded in Tanak neighborhood of western Mosul.”

“The IED, which was targeting an Iraqi Army patrol, exploded causing no harm for the elements of the patrol,” security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com.

The source added “Security force cordoned the explosion scene and transported the injured civilians to the hospital ,” noting that “The security force launched an investigation to identify the side behind the attack.” \
