Deputy Chief of Staff visits Jazira Operations Command

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iraqi Army General Aboud Qanbar visited the Jazira Operations Command in Anbar province on Saturday.

A statement by Joint Operations Command received by IraqiNews.com mentioned “The Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iraqi Army and the Commander of the Joint Operations Command, General Aboud Qanbar, visited the headquarters and the units of the Jazira Operations Command and instructed to honor the officers and elements of the command with IQD 400,000 for each due to their excellent performance.”

It is worth to mention that the Jazira Operations Command conducted several security operations in the areas of Jazira and Badiya in Anbar province to eliminate the presence of terrorist groups in the area which resulted in capturing dozens of them and seizing amounts of ammo and explosives.
