Diyala Police: more than 50 persons killed, injured in Diyala bombings

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Diyala Police Command announced that “More than 50 persons were killed or injured in the bombings that took place in the province on Monday morning.”

A source from Diyala Police Command stated to IraqiNews.com “The series of bombings that targeted some areas in the province resulted in killing 20 persons and injuring more than 30 others including civilians and security elements.”

“The death toll is expected to rise due to some critical injuries,” the source concluded.

Baghdad and Diyala province witnessed a series of bombings that resulted in killing and injuring dozens of citizens on Monday morning.
