Drug traffickers nabbed in Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Security forces on Saturday arrested three drug traffickers in Karbala with large amounts of drugs in their possession, according to a local police director. “The gang was captured in al-Hay al-Askari area, western Karbala,” the media director of Karbala’s police, Maj. Alaa Abbas, told Iraqi News. “The arrest was made in light of intelligence tips from local residents,” the major noted.
