Female body found, IED defused in Talafar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi security forces found on Tuesday the body of a young woman in western Talafar, while they defused an explosive charge in northern Talafar, a security source said. “Police forces found on Tuesday morning (Sept. 21) a bullet-riddled female body in western Talafar,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The body belongs to a 22-year-old young woman,” he added, noting that the body was sent to the forensic medicine department in Mosul. “Iraqi forces defused a big improvised explosive device in al-Ayadiya district, northern Talafar, without casualties,” the same source said.
