DIALA / IraqiNews.com: The former deputy governor of Diala province has escaped the country in light of corruption charges, according to an official source. “This morning, Awf Rahoumi escaped to Germany after had been found to be involved in administrative and financial corruption cases,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
