Four wanted men detained, according to Article 4 Terrorism

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Northeast Iraq’s Diala police has arrested 4 wanted men, according to Article-4 – Terrorism, whilst elements of an anti-explosions unit had managed to dismantle a landmine and an explosive charge, stuck to a car in the Province’s Council building, a Diala security sources said on Saturday.   “Three men demanded according to Article-4 – Terrorism, have been detained in Baaquba city by a security force, whilst a fourth man, demanded for the same article, was detained in Miqdadiya township, 45 km to the northeast of Baaquba,” the security source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   He said the fourth man “was Arkan Ibrahim al-Kurwy, in charge of the so-called al-Ihsan Charity Organization, being the fourth many demanded by the legal authorities, under charges of terrorism.”   “Elements of the anti-explosives unit in Diala Police have managed to dismantle a landmine on the border line between Iraq and Iran , close to Mandali township, 155 km to the north of Baaquba, along with an explosive charge, stuck inside a civilian car in Baaquba city,” the security source added.   Baaquba, the center of Diala Province , is 57 km to the northeast of Baghdad .   SKH (IT)     619
