Ghost group within Qaeda Organization netted in Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Diyala Police Directorate announced arresting the terrorist group responsible for the bombings in Muqdadiya district of northern Diyala in the last few weeks.

The Commander of Diyala Police Directorate, Major General, Jamil al-Shimmari, stated “The terrorist group responsible for the bombings in Muqdadiya district of northern Diyala in the last few weeks was netted.”

“The group is called the Ghost group comprises six elements and belongs to al-Qaeda Terrorist Organization where all of them are from Joubur tribe and involve in creating the sectarian sedition,” he added.

“The criminals confessed about their crimes,” he concluded.
