IED results in cutting off legs of Head of Diyala Intelligent Dept.

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) An explosion of an Improvised Explosive Device resulted in amputating the legs of the Head of Diyala Intelligent Dept. Colonel, Abdul Rahman al-Saadi.

Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED targeted Saadi’s patrol in al-Hadeed area in Diyala to result in cutting off his two legs.”

“Saadi is a very critical health situation,” the source concluded.
