Iraqi Islamic State information minister arrested east of Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Ninewa Operations Command announced today that the security forces arrested minister of information in the so-called Iraqi Islamic State, east of Mosul. The source told IraqiNews.com that Manhal Izzidin Redha al-Afri was arrested today upon intelligence information. No other details were given.
