Iraqi police officer killed, 2 cops injured in Falluja blast.

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi police officer, with a lieutenant rank has been killed and two policemen injured in a blast of a time-bomb, planted in the officer’s car close to west Iraq Falluja’s police directorate on Tuesday, an Anbar police source said.   “A time bomb blew off in a civilian car, during its inspection at the entrance of the Directorate of Police in Falluja city, killing its driver, with the rank of lieutenant and wounding two policemen,” the police source said.   He said the injuries of the two policemen had been of a medium level, adding that they were driven to Falluja Hospital for treatment.   Falluja, is 60 km away from Ramadi, the center of Anbar Province , 160 km to the west of Baghdad .   SKH (ST)
