Karbala court sentences 3 suspects to death

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: The Karbala criminal court sentenced three suspects to death on Monday for forming a gang to kill citizens throughout Iraq, director of Karbala police’s media department said. “The court found the three guilty on charges pressed against them according to their confessions and evidences against them,” Major Alaa Abbas told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Their last victim was a citizen who was kidnapped and killed in Balad district in Salah el-Din two months ago,” he added.
