Key gunman arrested in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested a senior member of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq in central Mosul city, a source from Ninewa province’s police said on Thursday. “The arrest operation took place at al-Nujaifi street, central Mosul,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The arrested person is wanted on charges of involvement in several crimes,” he said, adding the suspect is remanded in custody pending investigation.
