MoI: 23 persons killed, injured in Babel, Najaf, Dhi-Qar bombings

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Interior announced that about 23 persons were killed and injured in car bombings took place in Babel, Najaf and Dhi-Qar provinces on Monday morning.

The spokesman of the Ministry, Saad Maan, said to IraqiNews.com “The three provinces witnessed cowrd terrorist bombings,” noting that “Babel bombing killed two civilians and injured three others.”

“A car bomb exploded in al-Shamiya area in Dhi-Qar province, injuring 10 civilians while Najaf car bombing took place in al-Askari neighborhood injuring 8 civilians,” the spokeman concluded.
