Officer – civilian injured in Anbar explosion
ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: An Iraqi Army officer and a civilian have been injured in an explosive charge blast in Falluja, the largest city of west Iraq’s Anbar Province on Monday, an Anbar Police source said. “An Army officer, with captain’s rank and a civilian have been injured in an explosive charge, planted on the road-side in central Falluja, 60 km to the east of Ramadi, that blew off on Monday,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Both injured men were driven to the General Hospital in Falluja, whilst the officer was admitted to the operations hall, because of his serious injury,” he said.
