Officer, gunman killed in attack on medical compound in Anbar

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A police officer and a gunman were killed and three people were wounded in an armed attack in west of Anbar, a security source said on Wednesday. “Unknown gunmen killed a police officer in an armed attack on a medical compound in central Heit district, west of Anbar,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Policemen clashed with the attackers, killing one of them, while two passing civilians, including a woman, and a gunman were wounded,” he added.
