Outlets, inlets of Baquba city blocked

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The security forces blocked the inlets and the outlets of Baquba city of central Diyala province on Thursday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Due to intelligence information received over the armed groups’ movement in the city, the security forces blocked the inlets and the outlets of the city and banned the vehicles and persons from getting in or out of the city,” noting that “These procedures are taken to search for the militants.”

“It is a precautionary procedure that aims at arresting the wanted individuals and to prevent their escape,” the source concluded.
