Police arrest 13 wanted men in Missan

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: A total of 13 wanted men were arrested on Friday by Iraqi security forces in south of Amara city, a security source said. “Police forces managed to arrested 13 wanted men in al-Maymouna district in south of Amara,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “The operation was based on a tip-off and judicial orders,” he noted. Missan is a Shiite province. Its capital city is al-Amara. Sitting on the Tigris River , Amara lies 390 km south of Baghdad . Missan, in the east of the country, bordering Iran , is home to many marsh Arabs. SH (P) 1
