Robbery gang nabbed in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Saturday arrested a two-member robbery gang, in addition to three wanted men in Basra province, according to a local source. “Cash in Iraqi dinars and U.S. dollars was found in their possession,” the relations and media office in Basra police told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Meanwhile, three wanted men have been arrested on criminal charges during search raids in different parts of the province,” it noted. “Eighteen unlicensed vehicles and 17 motorbikes were seized,” it added.
