Security forces kill ISIS commander of Khalidiya Island in Anbar

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The Head of Khalidiya District Council in Anbar Province, Ali Dawood, announced on Thursday, that the security forces and tribal fighters had advanced in Albu Bali area in Khalidiya Island, while pointed out to the killing of two ISIS leaders in the area.
Dawood said in a brief statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces and tribal fighters advanced in Albu Bali area in Khalidiya Island (23 km east of Ramadi).”
Dawood added, “The security forces managed to kill the so-called ISIS commander of Khalidiya Island Abu Maaz and ISIS booby-trapping officer Abu Mostafa.”
