Three abducted children freed in Basra, abductors detained

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Southern Iraq’s Basra police have managed to liberate three abducted children and arrest their abductors on Saturday, the Basra Police Media assistant reported. “Basra police have liberated three children, abducted two days ago and arrested their abductors in al-Huwair township, some 120 kms to the north of the city,” the media source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The abductors were arrested at the city center,” he said, adding that they were 10 persons, including a woman.
