Urgent – 20 civilians killed, injured in southern Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) More than twenty civilians were killed and injured of southern Diyala due to a traffic accident.

A Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Four civilians were killed and 17 others injured including women and kids due to a traffic accident took place among the vehicles of a wedding motorcade in southern Diyala.”

“The wedding motorcade came from Baghdad heading to the house of the bride in al-Muqdadiya district,” the source added,” noting that “The police forces transferred the dead bodies to the morgue and the injured to the hospital for treatment.”
