Urgent – ISIS controls neighborhood in northern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) A security source revealed that gunmen from what is called the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham controlled a neighborhood in northern Tikrit.

The source stated to IraqiNews.com “ISIS gunmen controlled al-Qadissiya neighborhood,” noting that “The security forces preparing to break in the neighborhood and currently blocking it.”
