URGENT: Al-Qaeda leader Baghdadi possibly killed in Babel

Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) A security source revealed that a corpse among the killed terrorists might belong to the Qaeda leader, al-Baghdadi.

The source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) ”The security forces transported the dead bodies of the terrorists who were killed within a security operation carried out by the Mid-Euphrates Operations to the morgue.”

”The security forces suspect that one of the corpses belongs to the Qaeda leader, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, where the corpse is being examined at the morgue to make sure,” the source added.

Earlier, security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”The Mid-Euphrates Operations Command carried out a security operation in Buhayrat area of northern Babel province that resulted in killing (16) terrorists affiliated to what is so called the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria and arrested seven others.”
