Wassit police wants to undertake security dossier

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com:  The commander of Wassit police asked the Iraqi army to hand over the security dossier and withdraw to its barracks, pointing out that the security forces can control the province at large.   General Hussein Abdul Hadi told IraqiNews.com that police components were able in 2007 from controlling the situation amid sectarian conflict and blowing great strikes against terrorist dens south of Baghdad and north of Wassit.   Kut, center of the province, lies 180 km south east the capital, Baghdad.
