Defense Minister of Lebanon visits Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The Defense Minister of Lebanon, Maurice Salim, reached the Iraqi capital to meet with the Iraqi Minister of Defense, Jumaa Inad Saadoun. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Defense headquarters located in the Green Zone area of Baghdad.

In a statement supplied to Iraqi News, the Ministry of Defense stated: “Iraqi Defense Minister Jumaa Inad Saadoun signed with his Lebanese counterpart, Maurice Salim, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the development of bilateral military relations between the two countries.”
