Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – According to official statistics, during the first seven months of 2023, five Arab nations exported a total of 141.041 million barrels of crude oil to the United States of America, valued at $10.078 billion dollars. The five nations are Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Libya.

Iraq was in second place with exports of oil totaling 47.15 million barrels valued at $3.44 billion, while exports for the seventh month of 2023 were 5.992 million barrels valued at roughly $424.97 million dollars.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia topped the list of the five nations with the greatest number of exports, based on information compiled by the US Department of Commerce. Its crude oil exports were valued at $6.63 billion, or about 81.525 million barrels, while it exported $946.11 million worth of oil in July of last year, or 12.16 million barrels.

Approximately 7.301 million barrels of oil, worth $627.45 million, were shipped by Libya to the United States in its seventh month, putting it in third position overall. Kuwait was the fourth-largest oil exporter to the United States, sending over 3,634,000 barrels of oil for $279.73 million over the same time, and 819,000 barrels in July. The UAE came in last place because it didn’t export oil to America in the months of May, June, and July of 2023, even though its total oil imports for the year up until these two months totaled 1.427 million barrels, or $123.169 million dollars.
