Iraqi PM Al-Sudani, US President Biden Discuss Gaza Crisis
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani spoke with United States President Joe Biden over the phone to discuss the increasing crisis in Gaza.
The urgent necessity to limit the spread of the crisis in Gaza was central to their discussion. Both leaders voiced alarm about the region’s rising violence and the possibility for additional upheaval. They emphasized the critical role of the United Nations and regional partners in reducing the situation, emphasizing the importance of a coordinated response.
A substantial portion of the discussion focused on the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza. Prime Minister Al Sudani and President Biden both emphasized the need of working together to solve the afflicted population’s urgent humanitarian needs. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, they agreed to collaborate to give critical aid and support.
