Iraq’s oil exports to US declined last week

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced on Sunday that Iraq’s oil exports to the United States had declined over the past week.
The EIA mentioned that the average US imports of crude oil during the past week from eight major countries were approximately 4.69 million barrels per day, a decline of 1.09 million barrels per day compared to the previous week, where oil imports reached 5.78 million barrels per day, Shafaq News reported.
Iraq’s oil exports to the United States reached 93,000 barrels per day last week, a decline of 83,000 barrels per day compared to the previous week, when Iraq’s oil exports to the US were 176,000 barrels per day.
The EIA indicated that most of the United States imports of crude oil during the past week came from Canada at an average of 3.45 million barrels per day, followed by Mexico with an average of 303,000 barrels per day, and Brazil with an average of 272,000 barrels per day.
The United States imported an average of 265,000 barrels per day from Saudi Arabia, 132,000 barrels per day from Nigeria, 102,000 barrels per day from Ecuador, and 66,000 barrels per day from Libya.
According to the EIA, the United States did not import crude oil from Russia or Colombia in the past week.
