Iraq’s oil revenues in April surpass $7 billion

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced on Tuesday that oil export revenues for April surpassed seven billion USD.
According to raw data issued by the State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO), the total exports of crude oil during April exceeded 98.6 million barrels with revenues reaching nearly 7.8 billion USD.
SOMO data revealed that the total quantities of crude oil exported during April were produced from oil fields in central and southern Iraq, amid reports saying that oil exports from oil fields in Kirkuk through the Turkish port of Ceyhan have been suspended for about 40 days.
The average daily quantities exported exceeded 3.28 million barrels with average price of 79.04 USD per barrel.
Last month, crude oil exports surpassed 100.9 million barrels with revenues a little more than 7.5 billion USD.
Crude oil exports during February exceeded 92.25 million barrels with revenues exceeding 7.62 billion USD.
In January, Iraq exported more than 101.24 million barrels with revenues exceeding 7.66 billion USD.
The total exports of crude oil during December exceeded 103.28 million barrels with revenues exceeding 7.7 billion USD, according to final statistics issued by SOMO.
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced earlier that oil export revenues for November exceeded eight billion USD, with an average price exceeding 82.41 USD per barrel, while revenues of oil exports during October were more than nine billion USD.
