COM allocates IQD 1,5 billion to support Iraqi Football team

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Minister of Youth and Sports Abdul Hussein Abtan pointed out that “The council of Ministers decided to allocate IQD 1,5 billion to support participation of the Iraqi National Football team in both Khaliji 22 and the Asian Cup in Australia.”

Minister Abtan stated to IraqiNews.com “The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Youth and Sports to form a supreme committee from different ministries to prepare all necessary requirements for hosting the championship of Khaliji 23 in Basra province.”

Abtan appreciated the decision of the PM and COM for their stance to support participation of Iraqi team in both championships. /End/
