Iraq to face Oman with its same formations with Jordan

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The first Deputy of the Head of the Iraqi Football Association, Abdul Khaliq Masoud, confirmed that “The Iraqi National Team will face the Omani Counterpart, on Tuesday, with its same formation that faced the Jordanian Team.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Iraq is looking for winning the match to get the second rank.”

He added “The players who will play in the match are Mohammed Kassed, Basem Abbas, Ali Hussein Rahema, Salam Shaker, Samal Saeed, Nashat Akram, Karar Jassim, Qusay Munir, Muthana Khalid, Hawar Mulla Mohammed and Younis Mahmoud.”

The Iraqi team will face its Omani counterpart at six o’clock at the Grand Hamad Stadium in the Arabi Qatari club in its second match within the final qualifiers for the World Cup in Brazil.

The Coach of the Iraqi National Team, Zico, promised to have “A wonderful match with Oman through professional performance.”
