Iraq’s junior footballers play Palestine, Oman, UAE Mon.

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s junior football team will start on Monday its games within the Asian u-13 festival hosted by the Qatari capital Doha, playing Palestine, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. “The Iraqi team will play the Palestinians at 09:10 a.m., the UAE at 11:10 a.m., and the Omanis at 5:20 p.m.,” according to the festival management’s release as received by IraqiNews.com news agency. All the participants were divided into two teams and will play for 30 minutes over two halves. Also playing in the event will be the teams of Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Yemen and Kuwait. AmR (P)/SR 1
