ISIS executes 18 of its elements for surrendering to Peshmerga
(IraqiNews.com) An American newspaper wrote on Wednesday, that the ISIS group has executed 18 of its elements in northern Iraq on charges of contacting the Kurdish Peshmerga forces in order to surrender to them.
The newspaper ‘International Business Times’ quoted a source within the Peshmerga as saying, “ISIS has executed 18 of its elements in northern Iraq on charges of contacting the Kurdish Peshmerga forces in order to surrender,” explaining that, “The elements were of Arabs nationalities who joined ISIS after it seized their areas.”
“Ten ISIS elements surrendered to the Peshmerga in that region,” it added.
