Players Akram, Jasim’s health conditions improve to play next match
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Football Association IFA assured that “The health conditions of the player Nashat Akram is stable after being checked by the physician of the team and the medical tests conducted for the player after the match of Iraq with Jordan played in Amman.
The head of the Iraqi delegation Abdul Khaliq Masoud stated to Iraqi News Wednesday “Nashat Akram did not participate in the training of the team conducted on Arabi Stadium at the Qatari Capital, Doha,” noting that “Medical tests for the player proved that his health condition is stable to participate in the next match against Oman.”
On the other hand, the player Karar Jasim will return to trainings of the team after recovering from the injury he endured during the match against Jordan, Masoud added.
He assured that “The Iraqi team is determined to gain victory during its match against the Omani counterpart to be played on June 16th.”
