Vieira: Kuwait intends to win Gulf Cup 22

Follow- Up (IraqiNews.com) The head coach of the Kuwaiti Football team, Jeorvan Vieira, expressed the ambition of his team to win the title of the Gulf Cup 22.

In a press statement, Vieira said “The Kuwaiti team intends to show his best capabilities in order to win the title of the championship,” noting that “All teams of the championship have the same ambition.”

Concerning the match versus the Iraqi team on Friday evening, he said “The Iraqi team is a good team but the performance of the players will decide the result of the match,” stressing that “I have a good knowledge about the capacities of the Iraqi team and put the suitable technique to face the Iraqi team.”

The Kuwaiti team will play its first match versus its Iraqi counterpart within the competitions of the second group of the Gulf Cup 22 on Friday evening in the Saudi Capital, Riyadh. /End/
