Zico reveals Iraqi Football National Team training program

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Head Coach of the Iraqi National Football Team Zico revealed his training program to prepare the Iraqi team for the next phase before playing the final stage of qualifiers for the World Cup in Brazil 2014.

He said in a statement to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The Gathering of the National Team will be on August 7^th in either Dubai or Amman to face Bolivia or another team in a friendly match within the FIFA Day which will be August 15.”

“Then the team will gather again in Seoul on September 1^st to play another friendly match against Thailand on September 6^th to depart afterwards to Saitama city of Japan to face the Japanese team within the qualifiers of the World Cup on September 11^th,” he added.

Zico mentioned that “The 3^rd of next November will be a date for gathering the Iraqi team in the Qatari Capital, Doha, to play another friendly match in preparation for facing Jordan on November 14^th which will be the last match for Iraq within 2012.”
