73 Iraqi, Iranian citizens killed, wounded in accident in Hilla

BABEL / IraqiNews.com: A total of 73 Iranian and Iraqi citizens were killed or wounded in an accident in Hilla city, a police source said on Friday. “Sixteen persons, including 14 Iranian visitors, who were heading for Najaf city, were killed and 57 others, including 32 Iranians, were wounded when two busses collided on the Hilla-Najaf road,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The buses were severely damaged and the wounded were carried to the Hilla hospital for treatment,” the source added.
