Agreement signed with Russian University

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research signed a cultural and scientific cooperation agreement with the Russian Belgrade, as reported in a statement issued by the ministry.  The statement, copy received by IraqiNews.com by the Cultural Counselor at the Russian Federation Tuma Mutair that the Iraqi cultural mission in Moscow signed the agreement which comprises five articles to build new cultural, literary and scientific relations.  Mutair said that the agreement will make the doors wide open before Iraqi professors and scientists to benefit from the developing Russian scientific and cultural spheres.
