Basra postpones annual health conference

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Basra Health Directorate has decided to postpone its annual meeting until Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010. “The meeting was postponed for technical reasons,” Yehia Hassan, the directorate’s media spokesperson, told IraqiNews.com news agency on Thursday. He said that the conference will discuss health achievements accomplished in Basra in 2009, in addition to plans to develop the province’s health sector in 2010.
